Hello!
These are a collection of self-portraits throughout the years.

As an individual artist, I have gotten so used to being “trained” in a constant direction of navel-gazing. An individualist view rooted in a small narrow bubble, of how I interacted with the world. As I drew more, it sparked constant curiosity and instense observation of the people and sights around me. As I read more about the world, and have become organized in a mass movement, working with community members, I have thought a lot more about how to use art to bring about revolutionary change. This coming year I and want to improve this in my cultural and political work (as an artist who serves the people)

While a some of these portraits don’t fully resonate with me and my work now, I felt like adding these here as a historical and archival way of self-reflection!
